Pets in Practise is owned by Kris Glover who lives in Burghfield Common, Reading.

She has had dogs since a child and now lives with her...

Faye and Kris met many years ago as Puppy School tutors, running puppy training classes as part of Gwen Bailey’s Puppy School group. Faye now runs our Beginner-Improver dog training classes in addition to her Puppy School classes in Maidenhead on Saturdays.

Tasha Jokhoo first met Kris in 2010 when she needed a behaviourist for her very reactive, noise phobic collie Wizard. Working with Kris to help Wizard overcome some of his problems has given Tasha a keen interest in canine behaviour and training.


Katie van Zyl - Puppy School & Improver Course Instructor

Katie first met the Pets in Practise Team when she brought her dog, Breeze, to Puppy Playgroup and then Puppy School. Katie enjoyed the classes so much that when Breeze graduated and stopped coming, Katie carried on as an Assistant.

Dawn first met Kris and the Pets in Practise team in 2009 when she took her then puppy Oscar to training classes in Burghfield.

Millie first met Pets in Practise when she was undertaking work experience in order to gain more knowledge about animal behaviour.

Having worked in kennels for nearly two years Chloe knew she wanted to pursue a career with dogs.



Suzanne Moores - Puppy School & Improver Course Instructor

Suzanne has owned numerous pets, but her real passion has always been for dogs, especially the smaller breeds.


Lisa MorleyLisa Morley - Office Manager

Lisa joined the team in March 2016 as our Office Manager.
She has over 20 years office and administration experience, most recently as Administration Manager at Stokenchurch Dog Rescue, where she met many of the Pets In Practise team.


Jacqueline BraggsJackie Braggs - Assistant Instructor and 1-2-1 Trainer

Jackie is a life-long animal lover and fascinated by animal behaviour -  human behaviour too! Jackie started studying in 2014 for her Advanced Diploma in Companion Animal Behaviour and Training with COAPE.



Heather Walton - Puppy School and Improver Class Instructor

Heather first met the Pets in Practise team when she completed the Bronze, Silver & Gold Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme with her Golden Retriever Jess.
